Each collection typically consists of 16 to 21 homes, which equates to an average of 8-12 weeks per year in your property, depending on when you travel. All collection shares are equal and all homeowners have the same rights. MuseVilla does not hold any equity, so homeowners have 100% ownership of their properties.
